"Wow! This set was an amazing value. My favorite part, and one of the reasons that I bought this set was because of the great amount of minifigs in it. The design of the toys and presents under the tree was ingenious, especially the jack-in-the-box. Everything was very well-done and detailed.
Also, I want to thank LEGO for keeping the instructions easy to read, while still retaining the element of challenge in the set. Great set!"

"These look great to have on display at Christmas, but fun to have year round too. The edition adds more tiny toys and updated decorating pieces. They also redesigned the roof system too. This would be a fun set for mom/dad to build with their kids and then put out for display around Christmas each year. I just hope lego expands and add more winter village sets soon."

"I don't know why people are complaining about a re-released set! I was super happy to see Lego release this set, as I don't want to have to pay outrageous after-market prices!
It is a fun set, and a wonderful thing for our family to put together during the holidays.

"I have all Lego Winter set, so it is very disappointing to buy a copy of an existing set. Of course, the set is fine and well thought out, BUT it is and will remain a copy. I hope that the set of Winter 2016 will not be a copy again."
