"My rating is initiated as a fan of the very nice and famous Lego architecture series. Normally I'm expecting very detailed models of famous or extraordinary facilities including an introduction in their architecture. Contrary to my expectations is Lego New York City only like a very rough overview or introduction and couldn't fit my standards. So from my point of it is a nice but expensive souvenir and I bought it for my son as he was coming back from his US trip."

"My Grandson is 15. He said the set is only 6" high; small. It took him 10 minutes to build. He did learn some things about the buildings by reading the booklet that came with the set. My grandson's have a large Lego station in their garage and have been building and rebuilding for years. I am disappointed that I spent so much money and it only took 10 min."

"A nice model that looks good when completed. The tiny minifig Statue of Liberty is a fun touch. Would have been cool to have more buildings included, but as it is, it is a great representation of the New York skyline."
