" This is a very enjoyable game although admittedly some of the levels were a bit on the easy side where as some of the levels were really hard and I did not know what to do on some of them. On the level where you play as Neville and have to put dynamite all over the bridge (????????) I got very annoyed as I kept falling off the stage as I could not see the game properly as it was too dark as it was with several other stages.
On the other hand there is a wealth of characters to unlock and buy such as Dumbledore and Voldemort. Some of the levels had too many cutscenes though like 'The Seven Potters' which was nearly completely cutscene. There are a few new spells which are quite good but Aguamenti is annoying as you have to keep your cursor pointed at a container for absoulute ages before it fills up. Nagini is definately WAY oversized!
Apart from that it is a decent game. "

" Overall, the Harry Potter: Years 5-7 game was great, and was a huge improvement over the 1-4 version. There are tons of characters, lots of spells you can learn, and (my personal favorite) a new dueling system.
However, there are some major glitches that made my Wii crash at least 5 times, most noticeably on the Year 6 level 'A Not So Merry Christmas' and on the Year 7.1 level 'Sword and Locket'. They made my Wii freeze up and start buzzing sound and my controller starting beeping. It isn't my Wii that does it, because I seen others' Wiis do the same thing on the same level.
Pros:
-Levels appeal to both children and adults
-Great amount of Characters
-The story is easy to follow with the cutscenes and the levels
-The new dueling system is really cool
-The hubs can still be explored even after the completion of the game (a huge mistake in Years 1-4)
-New spells are nice and useful
-An overall fun game
Cons:
-Some levels are way too easy, or way to hard
-Some of the spells are hard to get used to, for example aguamenti, because they weren't in 1-4
-Some of the levels have too many cutscenes
-The game is very dark, and you probably have to adjust the brightness to 1.5
-The major glitch that makes your Wii crash mentioned earlier
-The game will probably be confusing and boring to people who aren't Harry Potter fans or haven't played Years 1-4

" Lego Harry Potter years 5-7 was a good game, definatly better than years 1-4. The game was fun, but it was sometimes frusterating. The death eater battle in cafe was really hard. The last battle with Nagani was too hard because dementors, death eaters, and spiders were attacking you while you were battling the snake.I found Nagani's size WAY TOO big too. Another bad thing is the characters are way over priced. For example, Bellatrix costed 3,750,00 studs, and if that's not bad enough, Voldemort costs 25,000,000 studs! A lot of battles are where you circle the nunchuk to throw big objects at the enemy, and I found that quite difficult. There are some new places in hogwarts, like the third floor corridor. Sadly, some places got removed such as the transfiguration class room. Hogwarts is a little better in this game. One of the best parts is the dueling. Only problem is that you can't duel every death eater in your way, which would make the game a lot easier. When you duel, you go in a circle where your enemy is across from you. It tells you what spell to use by the color of the other side of the circle. You can use Protego and dodge spells. When you shoot your spell, you either have to click A or B a bunch of times. The new concept of the Weasley joke box is fun, especialy the sticky trainers shoes that allow you to walk on special surfaces. Characters in the game are great, because many have special abilaties. Dumbledore has the Elder Wand, Slughorn can turn into a chair, and Dudley has super strengnth(not many levels have this.).Most levels are fun, but sometimes to easy. The level where Goyle makes fiend fire is one of the better levels in the game because it has a balance of easy and hard. I have only expierienced a few glitches, which is very good, because in the last Lego Harry Potter game there were tons. The only bad glitch is there is a strange ghost leading you. I was very dissapointed on the level The Seven Potters because most of it is cutscenes. That was one of my favorite scenes in the movie! The spells are really good and they are, wingardium Leviosa, Lumos solem, expecto Patronum, FOCUS, aquamenti, and diffindo. Ron's deluminator is really awesome to use, but it is replaced with lumos solem for his character. There is also a character named Dragonmir Desperad who has the same abilities as Ron, and even sounds like him when he jumps! Lego Harry Potter years 5-7 was better than years 1-4, but had some problems.I reccomend it to anyone who is a good gamer, or watched the movies. "

" (Marking Scheme: "-"=Minor Good/Bad Aspect, "*"=Major Good/Bad Aspect)
I'd have to say, after playing this game, I was a bit mixed on feelings, for one, this game was way better than the first LEGO Harry Potter game.
Pros:
*Good amount of characters (200).
-Fun Story Missions.
*You can go back to Hogwarts after 100% Game Completion (unlike the last one, which was a HUGE and annoying mistake).
*New Character abilities (Deluminator, Hermione's Bag, etc).
*New Spells (Aguamenti, Diffindo, FOCUS).
-Accurate details to movie.
*A lot less glitches, unlike the first game.
-Successfully translated movie scenes to levels.
Cons:
*WAY too short (It took me less than 2-3 full days to complete the game).
-The game is REALLY dark for Wii users, once you get in the game, you should probably turn your brightness up to 1.5.
-A couple of noticeable glitches, usually involved with the Red Brick/Owl Post Box Detector.
-The guide ghosts were way too fast to follow, you'll usually always have to follow the trail of studs he leaves because once he starts moving, you can barely catch up.
-An unknown, weird headless ghost is sometimes your guide.
*Some of the scenes are hard to interpret what's going on if you haven't seen the movies/read the books.
*A lot of characters (like the most LEGO games) are mostly ones that you'll recognize if you've watched the movies/read the books more than once.
*Most of the characters aren't unlocked from the get-go, most of them are available after they don't appear in any more story levels.
*Nagini in the game is RIDICULOUSLY huge, it was VERY unnecessary for her to be that big.
-You can't enter any common room besides Gryffindor, which is always open and anyone can enter, by the way.
-Luna's Hairpiece should've been a long blonde piece, not a ponytail.
-The Deluminator makes Ron move noticeably slower than normal.
RATINGS:
Gameplay: 3/4
Characters: 3/4
Game Length: 1/4
Movie/Book Accuracy: 3/4
Translations from Movie/Book to Game: 4/4
Humour:4/4
OVERALL RATING: 3.5/4 (A-)
Although this is a pretty good game, I'd have to admit that this isn't the best video game LEGO has made; if you're looking for something for Christmas, I'd go for LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars, or LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean: The Video game if you don't have either of those yet. "
