"As far as clocks go, there is nothing too special. It has the most basic clock functions, which is just fine. The LCD display has a nice blue backlight when the head is pushed down and the alarm sound is sufficient if not a tad too soft. My love for this item can be summed up in one word........SUPERMAN!! Just like other minifigure clocks we have seen, it is a solid representation if the Superman minifigure we have all come to love. Same look, same articulation, just super-sized! One huge difference between the DC line versus say, the Darth Vader clock, is that we get capes!!!! A must for Superman (and the equally new Batman clock). A great display piece for kids and kids at heart! Hope to see more DC heroes in the line!"
