"Got this set for my 4yo sun last year. it was our first experience with lego ever. Fantastic set.... it was difficult for him, so we were building it together.... within a week he was flying it.... a year later (he is 5 now) this set is still a hit with him.... he loves playing with all the vehicles.... when novelty goes,, he uses the set to build his own designs and then after a while back to original instructions..... hours-days-months of fun. thanks LEGO!"

"Every time I looked at this set, the more disappointed in it I became, so I decided to take it apart. The price hurts now because for the same price, I probably could've got something better. The only good thing about it for me currently are the construction vehicles, and even then I had to replace the dump truck bucket for a bigger bucket. The red & grey colors are nice. Some aspects (toilet/spring mech) are good to use for my future moc sets, but as a set it's just ho-hum."

One of our designer's main goals is to make sure that you take tips and tricks from every new set to use for your own creations. While it is disappointing to hear that this set did not necessarily inspire you or maintain its personal value it is great to hear that you did learn a few new building techniques to enhance your personal creations.
