" Hurricane Heist is a great set to get. The overall design is fine and the minifigures are great. Although the helicopter is nice, it is hard to move it into mech mode and that poses problems. Pieces kept falling off the legs
and that was frustrating. Overall a great set with a fair price.

" I got this superb Ultra Agents set with the "Winter Soldier with $75-or-more purchase" deal, so I will give my thoughts on both products.
Winter Soldier
It's great to see Lego letting the general public get their hands on this minifigure, since he hasn't been an official Marvel set thus far. I like both faces on his head (One's his comic-book inspired eye-mask, with a menacing grin, and the other is a mask that HIDES his mouth), he has outstanding bulletproof vest printing on his chest and back, and even has a pistol-holster decal on the side of his right leg! I like his robotic arm, but sadly, only the arm is a metallic color; His hand is a normal light grey. Also, I kind of wish he had come with a rifle, but I suppose most people will have a few spare firearms in their Lego collection to give him. This minifigure is only available this June, and if you have your eye on a $75-or-more Lego set, GET IT NOW so you can also have this exclusive figure.
Hurricane Heist
This model includes many extra components, some of the most notable being a silver Bionicle/Technic tube, a white "lightsaber" handle, many round studs that can act as reserve ammo, and a third translucent-red missile!
Astor City Guard: Most people would've probably preferred this minifigure were replaced by another Ultra Agent, or more bricks that go towards the main build, but I don't mind getting a minifigure like this every once in a while. His torso is a relatively good piece, and I like his face (It was first featured in the older Dino series).
Caila Phoenix: Not the most interesting minifigure here, but still decent enough. I like the switch face, one side showing her de-activated visor, and the other with it turned on. I like the attention to detail on her back, and I really like her standard ponytail hairpiece in pink.
Psyclone: Cool name, cool costume. He too has a switch face, and while I think the one side that shows his to be an older looking fellow is a strange choice, the other one has probably the coolest printed minifigure mask EVER! I also hope they use his breathing apparatus headgear for feature sci-fi Lego lines. His razor-propeller/flight pack... thing... is simple and neat.
Jack Fury: His hairpiece is the main thing I like, but his face, suit and enormous gun are all really sweet! His jetpack could've been much more complex, I think.
Motorbike: A bit taller and bulky than I initially thought it would be; I think Lego could've made it a little sleeker and low to the ground. The wheels don't roll that well, but I suspect most children will have it in it's flight mode more often than not, anyway (You can turn the wheels sideways, to make it look like it hover). The stud-shooters function without an problem, and the stickers shouldn't be a huge problem for you.
Psyclone's aircraft/flyer/mech: I'm not sure it could've been designed any better than it is! The bricks and shapes are great, the cockpit is easy to access, and it includes a LOT of weapons. The turbines actually do spin with the turn of the rear engine (There's a really neat new Lego piece in each of the aircraft's wings that make this feature possible), and I've found you can actually store the three "money" tiles in the translucent-dark-green compartment/flap that's located behind the pilot's seat. It looks a little less cool when you convert it into it's walker/mech mode, but it's nothing terrible either.
Ultra Agents is one of the best Lego themes out there right now, and I think any fan of Lego, young or old, whether you plan to play with or just display your sets, will be very pleased with the Hurricane Heist. It's got some tricky building techniques, and a great overall selection of parts. "

" This was a very enjoyable build. All the minifigures were good, although the cop wasn't necessary to the set and Psychlone's jetpack is a little big.
Jack Fury is fine, nothing to complain about. Caila Phoenix's bike is small but nice, it comes with two excellent handheld stud launchers. However, the wheel's on Caila's bike where very difficult to get together in the right way. Nothing else to mention.
The big helicopter is an amazing creation and worth every penny. It is solid and sturdy, it has yet to fall apart and the legs have an easy time holding the vehicle up. The missiles are fired by pressing down, but you have to hold the entire launcher to fire it well. The helicopter is a great model for display or play and will hold up well.
This set is a wonderful buy and worth your money. "
