"I enjoyed playing the Simpsons level--especially the pepper induced hallucination sections. They were both colorful and creative. There were a few puzzles in the level that I found difficult to complete because the solution was not obvious based on the context.
I am amused by much of Homer's in game dialog. I suggest pairing him with Wonder Woman.
I enjoy the purple and pink pieces in the vehicle and TV gadget. They were also fun to build. The TV gadget is useless outside the Simpsons level if you have any character with Silver Blow Up ability. I have not tried the submarine configuration of the vehicle."
"When I first discovered that the Simpsons was to be featured as a licensed theme by LEGO and in LEGO Dimensions, I was both happy and surprised. I know the show is geared more towards families like Star Wars, but I never usually see merchandise for the show in Toy Stores, mostly because the show usually leaned toward comedy that only teens and adults would understand. Seeing that this game is primarily meant for all ages, I say this is a Pro.
When it comes to Homer in-game, I'm very satisfied with how he was adapted from his original cartoon appearance to this game. He was toned down a notch with his humorous quotes from in the show but not to the point of being "censored". He's just as funny as he was, if not even funnier.
The level he unlocks is pretty fun but is a bit short on content. It took me less than an hour to complete the Mission this pack unlocks but fortunately, this pack also unlocks the Springfield adventure map.
One gripe I have but I can get over is the price. This pack, aswell as the Marty Mcfly and Portal packs, unlock levels that were already installed onto the game but weren't accessible unless you have the figure. This pack only includes three objects while team packs are currently cheaper and include four objects.
Overall, it's a nice addition to any LEGO Dimensions collection, my gripes may be considered nitpicky."
"I really like this level pack you get Homer Simpson with a can of Buzz Cola and his pink car as a mini build and the tv which is called taunt-o-vision in the game and I like how you can use it to blow up silver objects and the level is very fun as well. This is a must have for anyone who is a Simpsons fan."
