"If you're a completist, you'll need Jay's combination of Electricity, Stealth, Fix it and Spinjitzu to get a Gold Brick in the Emerald City, Wizard of Oz Adventure World.
I enjoyed putting together the vehicle, but besides getting that one gold brick, I haven't found much use for Jay or his vehicle in the game.
If you need the Electricity ability, I'd recommend the Jurassic World team pack. For Spinjitzu, Stealth and Fix-it, I'd recommend the Nya fun pack."
"Although I am not as fortunate as many other lego fans to have the starter portal, I have gotten my hands on one of these. These "Fun Packs" are great ways to add more favorite characters to the game, that is from my understanding of the box and trailers. I bought this because one, it was small and two, it had a mini build. I really enjoy these mini builds and may be the reason why I buy these Fun Packs (Some exceptions will be the Portal 2 Level pack, which I'm interested to see how that unfolds). I also like the idea of rebuilding the build to create new upgrades in game and the miniature real-life compartment. It makes the game feel more real, similar to the Skylanders and Infinity series. Overall, whether you want these fun packs to add content to your game or for the builds, I would recumbent this to anyone, even if they don't have the starter portal."
"This is a cool fun pack and I like Jay who I use to power most electric stuff in the Dimensions game and I like his Storm Fighter which really looks like a fighter jet."
